Laser Lines for Machine Vision

We offer line laser solutions for machine vision, with precision fringes, uniform power distribution, and sharp edges. The luminance uniformity can be up to 85%, power stability less than 0.5%, and straightness error less than 0.1%. The fan angle is available in various values.

Laser Lines with Optical Fiber

We provide green, blue, red, and near-infrared laser lines generated at the optical fiber output. These are particularly well-suited for applications where a large distance exists between the laser source and the required laser line.

  • Wavelengths: 405 nm - 915 nm, other wavelengths available upon request
  • Line Width: 1 mm, 2 mm, other values available upon request
  • Fan Angle: 5°, 7°, 10°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, and 90°
  • Power: 1 mW - 1 W
  • Luminance Uniformity: Up to 85%

Diffraction Patterns

Diffractive Optical Elements (DOE) can be used to create various optical patterns. This series of structured lasers is widely used in machine vision, such as barcode scanners, 3D sensors, and viewfinders.

We can create any custom pattern upon request.
