3D Geometric Measurements with our YEHUI VMM-3020 Microscope

If you need high-quality optical microscopic examinations, we can perform measurements according to the following parameters.

• Usage: Micrometer-precision geometric measurements on samples made of almost any material
• Measurement range: 300 x 200 x 150 mm
• Accuracy: Ex,y ≤ (2.5 + L/200) µm
• Resolution: 0.5 µm

3D Surface Profilometry with Filmetrics White Light Interferometer

The white light interferometer is suitable for 3D surface profile measurements. It is most commonly used for determining surface roughness and scanning microstructures.
