CO2 Engraving Laser
Placement of inscriptions and markings, cutting custom shapes from plastic or wood sheets with 100 µm precision.
UV Engraving and Processing Laser
Ultra-precise surface processing with ~µm accuracy, primarily for creating custom apertures and processing glass.
The laser system uses a 355 nm frequency-tripled YAG laser capable of evaporating material to be removed at a repetition rate of 1 MHz.
The movement of the workpiece is managed by a 5-degree-of-freedom Newport motion system, which can move and position with a precision of 0.1 µm.
