Erosion Deposition Monitor (EDM)
The consortium led by GEMS Kft (with members C3D, Optimal Optik, and AEMI) won ITER's 4+2 year, five-million-euro framework contract for the development and manufacturing of the Erosion Deposition Monitor diagnostic. Currently, this is the largest ITER contract involving Hungarian participants.
ITER Shattered Pellet Injector Optical Diagnostic
In 2020, Fusion Instruments and Optimal Optik won the contract for the design and prototype development of the optical diagnostics for ITER's pellet injector.
